Exterior: the inspector performs a complete inspection of the exterior, building perimeter, land grading adjacent to the foundation, walks, driveways, patios, siding, windows, doors, chimney, roofing materials, gutters and downspouts, flashings, soffits and fascias, and many other exterior features. Foundation & Crawlspaces: the inspector will evaluate the foundation walls, first floor support system, all structural components, and Grade slab and/or floor slab. Kitchen: the inspector inspects the appliances, plumbing and physical condition of the cabinets and countertops. Interior: the inspector checks receptacles, light switches, the physical condition of the walls, ceilings windows, doors and floor coverings.  
Overall condition of Bathrooms are evaluated and all fixtures operated. Heating & Air Conditioning systems are inspected and operated, outside temperatures permitting. In the Attic we check for proper vent ducting, structural integrity, electrical, insulation and ventilation. Attached Garage / Carport: Exterior and interior walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, roof, and foundation. Electrical system, Plumbing system, Heat ( if applicable). | *The Photo Documentation There are two well known sayings "A picture is worth a thousand words" and "Seeing is believing."
